Is The Status Quo Good Enough?

Have you ever thought “Yeah things are good, I am happy where we are as a business, the busy season is upon us, and we are still here.”  So you are happy with what you are currently doing just to stay in business.  

But are you really in business to stay in business and just break even? Of course not, you are in business for one reason, to make money. The only way you can become more successful is to break out of the status quo. So when someone asks, are you happy with how things are going at your dealership? Wouldn’t you rather tell them “Things are great, we are up 25% in sales this month, and we broke our sales record with 35 boats last month.”  All because you changed what you are currently doing to just stay in business, to doing something better that made you successful.

How can I change my status quo? The one simple way to go from being “happy with what you have” to being successful is putting your website to work for you. A good website may make you happy but a great website will make you successful.
